Vent emitting heat when heat is off?

Vent emitting heat when heat is off?
Why is it when I turn my vents off, there is still heat (or sometimes just air, depends on what my setting was) emiting from the vents? Is this bad/normal?

Pretty normal, try pressing the recirculation button and it should completely stop any air.
