Please help. So recently (about a couple of months), I've noticed that when I signal right or left, the opposite blinker would also turn on.. almost giving it a hazard lights effect. The opposite side is usually not as bright though, but this is getting annoying. This happens intermittently and usually after a while of driving. So basically, sometimes when I signal left or right, both side blinkers would go on, including the mirrors, the dash indicators, and I am assuming the back and rear indicators as well (i can't check these, intermittent and usually while just driving for a while).. and suggestions or comments? and yes.. i tried the search button but couldn't find an exact answer.

 

ok so for more detail, when my headlights are on, this now happens constantly, no other problems.. but, when my headlights are off and I put the hazards on, the radio screen and the interior lighting now flickers.. possible short?
