Trunk Release Button NOT WORKING!

HELP! My trunk release button on the driver side isn't functioning. It does open through my remote. Can it be a bad switch? Maybe some fuse I don't know about? Thanks everyone.

"inside your glove box is a switch, flip it and your button on the dash will work again. "

^^ Ditto Tension.
The glovebox switch for the trunk release and key lock for the trunk pass-through are part of the security system to keepvalets and strangers from getting into the trunk with the valet key (or without a key).

Also, the owner's and Nav manuals (for all recent Acuras and Hondas) are available on-line through the 3G Garage displayed on the main 3G page: https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=84834

You're not the Lone Ranger on asking this question.

I wonder if service techs switch this when they have it for service just to f@#& with us.
