Trunk leaks

It's been raining lately and I noticed that every time it rains my trunk get a little wet . It seems like one is coming from above the trunk. There is another area where it's coming from but I can't figure it out. It moght be the gasket bug cant really tell.Anybody got any ripe on how to fix the problem what can I use or how much it would cost in a local shop?

Was your car in an accident before? That might explain it, if the trunk doesn't quite line up with the rest of the body. Either that or the weather stripping might be partly missing/worn out? There are limited things it could be.

Also, check your rear window to ensure that everything is tight and waterproof around it. I was thinking about it and wondered if water could be coming from the roof, getting around the window somehow and ending up in the trunk.

Same thing happened to me a few years ago... ended up being the rear window was leaking; letting water into the trunk. Re-sealed the rear window and leak disappeared. Been almost 3 years now and no more wet groceries. lol
