Exclamation Trouble with O2 Sensor

05 tl base/navigation

Ok guys so im having some trouble here with my O2 sensors

My check engine light went on a while back and i got this code reader and decoder for it...

The problem codes were P0134 & P2251

P0134 came back to Rear Air/Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (B1S1)-heater system malfunction

P2251 came back to Rear Air/Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (B1S1)-VS Circuit high voltage

My mechanic only got the code for this sensor and i replaced it myself today...

The check engine light is still on!!! And now when i plug my decoder in, the only problem code is P0134. So i obviously fixed something just not what i wanted lol

Now... my problem or confusion is to 1. where is that sensor(P0134) located?! Since both codes displayed (B1S1) 2. Do i buy the same sensor i bought that made problem P2251 go away?

Sorry if this is confusing but im learning little by little! Appreciate your helps/tips thanks!

Like it eludes to, it's probably a circuit problem, not the 02 itself. I would start by checking the wiring, starting with the 02 sensor plug and working our way back. Has any work been performed on the car recently?

I had a motor mount & it's normal oil changes but nothing having to do with emissions..So should I check the wiring on the one I just replaced? It's new I would think its fine! Unless you're talking about the other wire it connects to? Thanks!

I would make sure no wiring runs near the motor mount and that all grounds and wires in general were stretched during the broken motor mount time period. Was it the front or rear motor mount that's near the 02s? Make sure the wires didn't get partially pulled out of the 02 connector, where the sensor plugs in.
