Alright Random question.
Just bought a 2006 TL with out navi. The trim piece on thge back door handle on the outside fell off when i opened the back door. I tried to put it back on but the clip won't stay. Any ideas of where to pick one up?

That thread has all the info you need, but there are several more threads about the same issue if you do a search.

There are different part numbers depending on door position and color, BTW.
The last time I bought one, it was from the dealer for about $16; it was about the same on various websites once shipping was added in, IIRC.
