Unhappy Transmission or PCM?

Wondering if I can get some help. I recently had my transmission rebuilt on my 2008 acura tl (Auto trans). Before the rebuild i had abs/transmission fault codes the mechanic showed me. After the rebuild by transmission doesn't slip but lags in shifting gears from time to time. Also getting a P0767 code (shift solenoid D is stuck on) now my question is, is my pcm faulty or did something happen to the solenoid inside? How can i figure this out. If anyone can help i would really appreciate it.

p.s 112K miles on the car before the rebuild. and no check engine lights or any other lights on dash.

Have the shop take a look at the code since it showed up after the rebuild. Im surprised you had to rebuild at all, the 07/08 trans are a lot more stout than their predecessors... did you do maintenance like replace the pressure switches and exchange fluid?

Take it back to the shop and have it fixed under warranty is what you need to do. The shop is responsible for the newly rebuilt trans.
