OK thats good news

have them register the car at www.acura.com ownership experience
make an account based on the VIN number of the car
thats acuras warranty center computer
It should say Recall- oil bar- DONE
and also the biggie! trans- OPEN
that means special extended coverage to 7 years 109k miles
so him verify that- if the car has salvage title this is not applicable
then call the dealer tomorow and drop it off

Many TL owners sell them with initial symptoms of failure- the new owner unaware of prob, and the old owner did not know about the warranty
