Transmission Mount Wear

Hey all, so recently I've replaced my side engine mount and it was evident it was broken due to the look of it plus my car vibrates at idle and while driving me. After that fix, it all went smooth and normal. However, I'm having speculations that my transmission mounts might be worn. The reason being is that sometimes when I accelerate then let off of the gas pedal, my car would make a little jerk. It goes away later on while driving more but then happens again randomly.
I'm not 100% sure so I'm asking for your input. Have you guys ever experience tranny mounts that worn on this car? If so, what are the symptoms.
My car runs fine and the tranny is fine. It does not slip or anything. Anyone know what I should do?

About a year ago i had my tranny rebuilt. The guy told me all my engine and transmission mounts are broken. He mentioned that i should replace all engine mounts first because the transmission mounts have very little impact on the jerking/vibrations as the transmission is solidly attached to the engine so the engine mounts actually absorb most of the impact from the tranny. So I replaced my engine mounts and have not felt any knocks or jerking even if my transmission mounts are all busted. Also the transmission mounts don't move as much as the engine mounts which have a lot more rubber.

My guess is, you have other engine mounts that need replacing, or, your transmission is dying. The reason why is because you seem to say that it goes away after, that explains a transmission heating up to operating temp and smoothing out. Thats how my problem started, unstable, jerky, weird shifts in the first 30 minutes or so of driving then it would go away...until winter came and murdered my transmission for good.
