I was reading about magnetic transmission bolts and came across that the OEM tranny already has a magnet in there.

Anyone have an idea where and how to get to it, to clean it out?

from the looks of this diagram, it looks like its on the outside of the transmission case, but I could be wrong. The stock drain bolt should be magnetic alrdy though so if you clean that off that should be fine
