Transmission

Have an 04 TL. The transmission is a little sluggish in the cold, but once the car warms up, it's fine. Is my transmission going out? I looked on google but found no results.

That's normal in all cars, if it runs fine when the engine temp is about in the middle of the gauge, then you're good.

yea bro, that's cool.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR WHEN IT IS NOT WARM, the first start of the day you should allow the car 5 mins to warm up. Getting liquids flowing, and warmed up slightly.

I mention this because I have had many honda's with trans problems, and if you maintain that the trans could easily last another 100k miles. The warmth has really nothing to do with it, rather the RPM needs to be steady and the motor needs to be running on time.
