TPMS problem

I am sorry my first post is asking for help. I have searched the threads to no avail.

Here's what I have.

07 TL-S

Nav screen shows message stating something could be wrong with my TPMS system. The delete button is grayed out and I see no other way to reset it.

The information screen in the gauge cluster says TPMS system " OK " and
all tires are reading the correct PSI.

The dealer wants $119.95 to check the system. Car is out of warranty and this would not be a big deal to me. It is my wifes car and I am tired of hearing about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advance.

are you sure its displaying the correct tire pressure on the MID?
3 of my tires displayed correct pressure on the MID, the 4th displayed 58 PSI.
I knew which sensor went faulty and just replaced it.

Yep, they all read identical to both of my handheld gauges. The MID shows TPMS system OK. I will try to take a pic of the message when the wife gets home with the car.

TecknoKing helped me out in another thread.

Try this and if there is a problem the message will come back, otherwise this worked for me and will you as well.

Then click on XM module, and you'll see the option to erase those messages. Believe it or not the diagnostic messages are stored in XM module.. dumb.

P.S. word of advice, be careful

Thank you, Worked perfect. I can def. see why TeknoKing said "be careful". There is alot of screwing up you could do in there. I searched for days knowing someone had to have the same problem. I cant believe I did not come across your post. Anyway thanks again!!!
