TPMS fix

I'm trying to buy 1 TPMS sensor for my 2008 base TL for my driver side front tire. I know it's defective because my MID would display

58 | 32
32 | 32

and than shortly show "--" for all 4 corners and say TPMS error when all tires read 32 psi when I check it myself.

I did some research and found this part # on multiple websites and ended up buying it. I now realize that I more than likely bought the wrong part. After looking at the ebay picture I notice it looks NOTHING like a TPMS sensor and I don't know what the hell I just bought. All I did was follow the diagram and part #s from a Acura OEM website.

Illus #------Part #------------- Description--Req'd Qty---Year Model -----
002--39360-S9V-A01--INITIATOR UNIT, TPMS 004---2008 TL----35.93 26.95

This is what I purchased...

I was looking on the diagram and noticed it said "required parts 4" and assumed it was 1 TPMS for each corner that's why I bought it from ebay... Now I think about it and I don't even think it's the right part. I've seen numerous TPMS for sale on the black market in the past with pictures and it looks nothing like the part I just bought. After doing a little more research with "Acurazine blackmarket TPMS" in google search I came up with this separate part # 06421-S3V-A04

Now the pictures I see for 06421-S3V-A04 actually looks like the TPMS sensor unit I need.... Can someone tell me what the hell is the "initiator" that I just purchased?

Also is 06421-S3V-A04 the correct part # I need for my 2008 base TL? Why is that not listed on acuraoemparts.com ??

this is where you should have looked(#13):

the tpms initiator thing is the thing located at each corner to detect the tpms sensors in each wheel
