I got 2004 TL with six-speed with 101k on it.

She rides like a silk but she has one problem.

When i turn steering more than 180 degrees and let go clutch with 1st gear,

it starts to moaning....(low tone). And i already did O-ring replacement

recently.

Anyone has same problem?

 

How about the P/S fluid? Mine moaned and then I changed the fluid and it's been fine for over a year now.

 

I already refilled but not replace them all...

it keeps moaning...

It sounds like he already replaced the o-ring.

OP, check out this thread. Do this procedure and then see if it still moans. I used regular Acura PS fluid.

Exactly. I have some level of OCD, and since this is such an infrequent maintenance item, I like to refill the reservoir with clean stuff and pass it through a second time to collect any leftovers from the first drain. This isn't required, but it makes my crazy brain more satisfied knowing that some additional old stuff was removed.
