Replace starter and Memory Seats don't work?

Replace starter and Memory Seats don't work?
I had to replace the starter and remove the battery the other day and for some reason my memory seats are non responsive. When I press 1 or 2 its non responsive but when I press memo it responds and I reprogram the seat, but if I press 1 or 2 it doesnt work again. Any ideas?
