Angry TL Type S fog light problems?

Hey guys I'm not sure what is going on with my fog lights.

I recently put in Morimoto HID fogs in my 2007 TL Type S. 3 months later my right ballast goes out so I go ahead and remove the ballast and waited for the replacement to come. While the driver side fog light was working fine, A week later the driver side fog light ballast also goes out.

Week later I got both my replacement ballasts. I just got them put in not 2 hours ago. I can confirm both fog lights worked when I got to the body shop and checked them out. I drove home with just the DRL lights on. I turn on the lights and my right side fog light is no longer working

I just had the ballast put in today and there is no way the ballast just went out. Also quite surprised that my first set of ballast blew within 3 months. Having heard good stuff from Theretrofitsource I would of thought these would last me a longer time then 3 months.

Any advice or solutions I would really appreciate it. Does anyone else have Morimoto HID for the fogs and how long have you had them?

How do you know its the ballast. Maybe the bulbs are bad?

How do you have these ballasts wired. Did you by chance order a wire harness as well for these? I know people say they're not needed, but I have heard they do fix problems such as this as well.
I've been running my morimoto ballasts in my fogs for 3-4 years with a wire harness with no problems.

Yeah I got the harness in. I'm not sure what's going on

I have had flickering problems when first turning on my fog lights (DDM xenon bulbs with unknown conversion kit from previous owner), but they eventually stay solid thereafter. Curious what is going on with yours. Any luck since first discovering the problem?

Sounds like potential moisture issue? Shooting in the dark here.
