Maybe a real Acura timing belt would be better? but what I try to do is analyze each component. I'm sorry to say, nobody really knows the fabric that makes up a high quality belt vs. a poor quality belt; or the alloy of average vs. "high quality" metal bearings.
But regarding belts and gaskets, I think belts are generally safe to buy from a well-known 3rd party. I tried to find a MFG name for the parts on this link but I couldn't find one. However, most 3rd party vendors have a cheap version and an upgraded version too. Ironically, I bought an upgraded belt once, it was a "gator belt or gatorback belt" and it actually wasn’t as good as the cheaper belt. And as far as gaskets and seals, well, Felpro is one of the best out there, or at least they seem to be good. I did a head gasket replacement on my Z28 about 4 years ago, and I never want to do that again, but Felpro made a kit for it. So, it’s not uncommon or unwise to choose parts from a 3rd party. GM's water pumps last maybe 100k and I don't think they are anything special. And people run them all the time.
I also know that sometimes companies will hire a real manufacturing / processing plant to do the work, then the seller will stamp their name on it. That practice happens in the sales of Speakers, clothing, washer and dryers, tools, and even auto parts. Most likely FCP groton did not manufacture these parts. And most likely, even Honda did not manufacture the bearings in their cars.. Especially under "American Honda". It’s all about SPEC’s. And what the supplier requests from the manufacturing company.
So you can't just stamp this link as "junk" without doing a little research. Probably the most questionable part would be the water pump or bearings. But water pumps have been around a long time.. And as I already stated, GM put a “run of the mill” water pump on my old camaro and it lasted at least 80k.. So I think FCP would have to be selling real junky parts in order to mess it up. It does say “lifetime warranty” (even though that would not promote me to necessarily buy their part) I wonder if Honda is offering a lifetime? Haha wouldn’t that be awesome if Honda and GM offered a Lifetime on only the drive train components? Wow! That’s why I think these big car companies generally find the cheapest way to produce the car, within some guidelines. But where you can really shine is by buying quality parts from a 3rd party that actually exceeds manufacturer requirements.
As a side note, I don't see myself as buying a kit of anytime soon (58k miles).
I tried to search out http://www.fcpgroton.com/ and see who they are..
I didn't find much in just a few clicks.. But on ebay they do have thousands of sales and high approval percentage. For whatever that is worth.

Not worth the risk. The seller puts up the OE P/N alluding to being OE Parts but these parts are NOT OE. If the Manufacturer info was provided I would be less skeptical. Some Chinese water pumps have cracked so caveat emptor.
