Timing belt

So my 06 tl just hit 110k miles, over the summer when i was at about 102k honda told me my timing belt was going to need to be replaced soon. I plan on having it done and got a price from a local shop for just about $1,110.. they told me when i do the timing belt, there are a few other things i should get replaced. These were the water pump, two timing belt tensioner pulleys, hydraulic timing belt tensioner, serpentine belt and a flush of the cooling system.. Now my real question here is, is ALL of that really necessary??? The parts alone came out to about $600.

Yeah; if you're going to do it, do it all. If any of the parts fails, they take out the timing belt as well. Typically you won't have to do it again till 200,000. You should be able to do better on the price.

Yes but you can buy oem part or oem supplier to save you on money, I paid 3 seals, tb/wp tensioner, along with other thing include for a 105k service for $300.
