"Tightening" window in drivers side?

I noticed since i bought my 2007 tl type s that when the window was rolled down half wat or at all, as i shut the door it would make a rattling noise. Ive concluded that the driver window inside the door panel is loose and it has some play in it when wiggle it a little. it also sometime makes a really loud snarling noise when rolled up from being completely rolled down. is there a way to "tighten" the window to reduce the play i have in it?

I'm currently having the same problem with my front passenger window. This started about a year and a half ago (original owner of 2004 TL/158,000 miles). The noise it makes when I 'Auto Roll' the window back up is really loud now. I believe this problem could be related to the window regulator.
