I sprayed throttle body cleaner into the throttle body, but due to the thickness of the gunk, it will not clean it.


Is there a DIY on how to remove the throttle body and completely clean it, I searched and could not find it.

 

2 bolts, 2 nuts, I think 10mm, it has a rubber O ring that is reusable for a gasket. I took mine off and polished the inside with a dremel. I think a coolant line runs through the bottom which is good to bypass.

 

Thickness of gunk.. Cleaning the TB might be the least of your concerns.
