So first off im 17 and the car is white on tan with Nav. It drives great also. I'm coming from a 2005 Maxima that I'm trading because of a precat fail.

Assuming the car is in "Good" condition and there are no major mechanical issues that are immediately noticeable, I would say $9,400 sounds high. Get em down to $8-8500. Don't rush the purchase.
I would imagine this is what user justnspace is referring to: How's the condition of the body, interior, any noticeable mechanical issues, how's the maintenance record, how many owners and who drove it before you, what kind of miles (city or highway). Important question: Is it an AT or Manual transmission? If AT, how does it shift? ANY noticeable lag or hesitation?

this.
we dont know the condition of the car; so how are we supposed to tell you if its a good idea?
Do you have a link to the car?
Like Terry said; if in absolutely GREAT condition; 9 would be alittle high.
but like i said; without proper information; we're only guessing and if you're trying to make a proper buying decision I dont think you want us guessing.

if the 105k service has been done and car is in decent condition i'd say $9k is a pretty good offer. 106k is not a lot miles considering it's an 2004. I have a 6spd which fetches more but like everyone else says you gotta list more details of the car.

Its an automatic and i didnt ask about the service records, but im getting a mechanic at Acura to check it out for me. It seems to be in good condition, but the belt does squeak. I'll also see if the 105k maintenance was done. Then ill try to talk them down in price. Thanks guys.
