Tail light problem

I traded my tail lights to a member. I have a 2007 acura tl type s and he said his came off of a base model 2008 tl. So we traded and everything matches up except there isn't the plug for the brake light. I have two plugs connected to my car that both need connected to the turn signal and the brake light. His only came with the turn signal plug. What do I have to do to make these work?

You are probably just missing the wire that goes to the LED board. Here is a link to the 08 base taillight assembly and the part you are probably missing is number 10 in the diagram. You can remove the Philips screws that are holding the LED board in place and you will see where it connects.Hope this helps.

Actually the turn signal one just gets the bulb assembly screwed into the housing from what I recall so there should only be one wire ( number 10 in the link) with the light. Maybe upload a pic of yours so we can get a better idea of what you are missing.

Here are the two switches that are connected to my car and that I unplugged from my tails before I traded them. The one on the right has the plug on the tails he traded me, but there isn't a plug for the switch on the left.

This is the picture of the back of the tail light that he traded me. It only has one plug that connects to the turn signal, but nothing for the brake lights.
