Stuck on Park.

when i press on the break the light come on and i can override. but could someone help me where the the problem is coming from?? thanks.

You mean you can't shift out of park into gear without using the override? Bad or mis-adjusted brake light switch most likely. Checked your fuses? Does your horn work?

i cant get out of park unless i override. my lights and horn work. ill check fuse once i grt home

usually that means the brake light switch

I am having the same problem. Sometimes it works fine but most the time I have to use override. I will check the switch. Thank you!

I have the same issue and I already replaced the brake switch above the brake pedal. Any updates?
