Strange Problem with my TL

I experienced a strange issue with my TL on Monday while driving home from work. First the DPMS failed and was totally dead. Within a few miles my wipers and the windshield washer failed as well.

Yesterday the dealer took 5 hours to diagnose the issue. They found that the seat memory module and the drivers side multiplex unit had failed. They ended up replacing the seat memory module, the multiplex unit - its is the fuse box assembly, and they replaced the wiper / washer fuse with a 10A fuse per a Service Bulletin from Acura. The dealer would not give me a copy of the sevice bulletin though.

Glad to see everything is fixed.

Five hours to diagnose. I remember the good old days when mechanics fixed things. Now it's computers and replacing parts until the service light goes out. Oh well, I just had a Dad moment. Modern technology, it's great.

It's SB 05-033 and can be located in the 3G Garage.

Hahahaha....I like the note in the SB for the washer fluid. The meatheads at my dealership filled my wiper fluid with water in late October. Northern VA can get pretty cold, and sure enough, it froze in the pump and when I tried to use it it caused the fuse to blow.
