Strange noise after changing tire

Why did you need to change out a single tire?

I trust your brake pads are good? I would try torquing the lug nuts but that's a long shot. My money is on the pads and the wear indicators doing their job.

Are you running factory wheels/tires? Check the wheel weight location. They might be making contact with the caliper, some tire shops do not pay attention to placement. i see it alot.

Pull that wheel and look it over. And like said above check the shield when you have it off. You could even stick the spare on for a short trip to see if it went away.
