Steering U-joint

I get a pop pop sound when turning the wheel while sitting still. It is comming from the steering rack. I have read that the steering shaft u-joint could be out of alignment. Can some one post a picture of their steering u-joint orientation with the wheel straight?
Thanks

Don't do that - it severely stresses all parts of the PS system. Allow the vehicle to just begin to roll, and then turn the steering wheel.

In addition, the 09 RDX OM says:
Turning the steering wheel to full left or right lock and holding it there can damage the power steering pump.
