Steering Column Vibration On Startup?

So, when I start my car, particularly first thing in the morning and when it's chilly out, I can both feel, see, and just barely see a vibration through the steering column that is subtle but definitely present. The car idles and drives fine so I don't believe that this is a timing issue and the engine runs smoothly while driving - this vibration is really not too bad but I know it's not how this car is supposed to be. I'm wondering if motor/transmission mounts might be the culprit - I changed the side and front mounts about 6 months ago but the rear and trans mounts are likely original, meaning they have 192k on them. I also notice that the car lurches a bit when I shift (6M) as if the engine and trans are moving such that I have to be pretty calculated with the clutch (replaced around 150k)... so new mounts might be in the cards for me either way. Does that sound like the problem here? Thanks in advance.
