Anybody have a tilted steering COLUMN? NOT THE STEERING WHEEL....

i am not talking about the drifting problem.... anybody have a steering column thats tilted to the left or right compared to the bottom border of the gauges? is this supposed to be normal because thats how i bought the car...

and im talking a very minor tilt, like 3 degrees clockwise

Do you mean rotated clockwise -- or slanted to the right? If you were able to place a broomstick in the postion the steering column should be, where would the center of the steering wheel be in regard to the center of the broomstick?

Did you determine this by eyeballing, or were you able to measure the apparent variance?

yes, i mean rotated clockwise, not slanted, by eyeballing against the bottom border of the gauge...

How can you see 3 degrees with your eyeballs? How do you know it was like that when you bought the car? Did you check this when you picked it up, too?
