Starter or alternator??? 2005 Acura TL

Hi I'm new to this , long story short , after a 2 hour drive my car shut off on me before I can make it to my destination , literally 18 min away from my destination , 4 days later the car doesn't turn on . The battery was bought the second day after my "long drive incident" is this the alternator ??

could be a parasitic draw on your battery causing it to drain completely and can't start the car.

Or the battery terminals. Typically battery terminals corroding and loosening up. I've had it as have MANY other people on the forums.

If you have a volt meter, check the battery voltage while the car is on. It should read somewhere around 13.3 to 14.5 volt if the alternator is good. If the car works properly for 4 days after you put in the new battery and the alternator is working per above, then I second parasitic draw as possible cause. Parasitic draw doesn't usually cause the car to shut down after 2 hours of runtime so I'm a little concern with this.
