2008 Type-s AUTO TRANS

Started the other day at very specific points, in either 4th or 5th gear, sometimes in 3rd only at 2000RPM under medium/heavy acceleration the car during that time will produce a noticeably loud squealing/small vibration.

I beleive it comes from the tranny (did the sensors about 20k kms ago along with RedLine ATF) cannot pinpoint exact location where sound comes from it only happens in DRIVE.

Suspension seems fine, brakes all round done recently and brakes flawlessly.
About to go take a look underneath.

Any Ideas?

 

Looked underneath, all seems in order - no leaks of fluid and tranny oil still pinkish not smelling burnt. Seems to me like my tranny is going out

Is that filter close to the lower control arm passenger side the tranny oil filter?

Side joke: I blew a Tranny, means something completely different to a mechanic!
