my 05 keeps making this really irritating squeaking noise from the side of my front passenger side. At low speed, when I hit the brake pedal or from starting at a stand still, it will make that sound. But at higher speed, 35-ish, it's not that apparent or none, so to speak. It's really irritating though. Anyone has any suggestion as to what may have caused it?

 

Squeak or screech? Could be brakes, ball joints, tie rods.... It's one of those I need to hear it things in order to give you a better answer. Check the basics though and good luck

 

it's squeaking. I had this before in my older honda accord, and it came away after some brake pad changes. But I just got this acura from dealer and they checked the brakes and stuff. So I'm not sure what the problem is.

 

Bring it back, have them look at it. Maybe aftermarket pads??

 

My car has same squeak, im told its my bushings.

 

unfortunately, it was sold as is. So they are gonna cost me an arm and a leg for checking it out. (the car was bought around 2 months ago)
From my reading, I guess bushings can be a factor here as well. Do you guys have a price range as to how much does it cost to get it replaced? I'm not really good at mechanic stuff ;(
