Small Light Fuse KEEPS BLOWING

I've changed this fuse about 4 times and it's still blowing.

So basically I was driving around at night and all the sudden my navi goes into Day mode out of no where. Later that night I realized my taillights were out also but worked fine when I was hitting the brakes. So after researching etc I realized it was a fuse. Changed the fuse and blew again little over 3 hours after.
And I've constantly changed it and have NO IDEA WHY IT'S BLOWING OUT OF NO WHERE.
I didn't do any mod electrically prior to. I only moved around an interior light bulb, so figuring that out I went and took that out. Fuse blew again.
My navi is completely stock. The only mod that I would think could have caused it would be the removal of my subwoofers but that was about 3 weeks prior and I haven't had a problem until yesterday. can anyone help me out?

Is it fuse #20 in the interior fuse box?
If so, it's a 7.5 Amp which should be replaced with a 10 Amp fuse per the TSB (05-033) issued several years ago. It's a pretty common issue.

no its the small light fuse in the exterior box that is blowing... but I'll check on that fuse right now .

EDIT:

So I just checked and it says the fuse #20 is a 15 AMP fuse? unless you were referring to Fuse #31 which is a (7.5A) fuse idk what he parenthesis mean but yeah.

No-- #20 was a 7.5A stock fuse, which the TSB advised should be replaced with a 10A fuse.

Check to make sure the panel diagram is right-side up-- a few members have had that issue. There is also a diagram of the fuse block in the owner's manual.

Do your mirror and driver's seat controls work? If they work perfectly, it's probably not #20. If they don't work when moving in certain directions, it's likely fuse #20.

Having the same issue.anyone find a solution??
from what I can tell it’s the #4 fuse in the exterior box labeled as “small lights” in the owners manual and it was originally a 10 amp fuse. I spoke to an Acura tech and apparently the fog lights, overhead console lights, center console, side running lights AND taillights were all put on the same fuse. I can’t fathom why they would do that but I also can’t find what’s shorting it.

Hey i just went thru this, 2004 acura.... it turns out the neutral safety switch has been messed with and it turns out, hours of chasing wires, i unplugged the safety switch (located underneath the middle console underneath the automatic gear shift, and yes you have to take the whole middle console out to access it) and it stopped blowing fuse.. somehow they are connected....
