Both of my side view mirrors are acting up. Clicking/stuttering when adjusting, AND adjusting and moving by themselves when i turn on the car. I already took apart the mirrors and cleaned them, adding lube to them and they are still acting up. Its driving me insane!

I know there are a lot of threads on this, but most of the answers or comments turn straight to taking it to the dealer...

I have a 2005 and it is no longer under warranty so the dealer would charge an arm and a leg!

My question is, do any of you guys know where i can get the mirror actuators for a good price! As well as the (mirror glass) themselves since they have bad water spots.

Actuators are like $30 or $40/side. Glass is same price per side. I replaced mine.

 

I went to the website and the mirrors ARE about 40 bucks.
But the actuators are like 67. Is that the price you paid for the actuators?

 

Bumping this 7 years later, because my 07 TL right side mirror is doing this. If there is a good deal, I wanna know about it lol

i mean; you can either buy brand new for whatever price it's going for...

or you can buy used for a cheaper price from a junk yard, or ebay...

or you can buy an aftermarket knock off for a cheaper price

either or; there arent going to be "deals" on car parts.

You can maybe find a local wholesale distributor to get the part at whole sale, but then again, most times it's going to be a cheaper knockoff.
