Side mirror, heated seats, and seat memory issue

My girlfriend just bought her 2006 TL a couple months ago. She said when she first bought it that the mirrors adjusted fine. Now the mirrors wouldn't even adjust at all. The defroster switch for the side mirrors illuminates. I've check the fuses and they seem to be fine.

Also, the heated seats doesn't seem to get warm AT ALL. The switch illuminates in both Hi and Lo options for both passenger and driver seats. But they never get warm...

The memory seat doesn't work. I've tried following the manual to set the memory seats, but was unsucessful. She only have the memory 2 key fob (don't know if that may be the problem?) I want to think that these 3 problems have something to do with one another. I'm very technically inclined and have worked on older Hondas/Acuras, but hesitant to take apart this fairly new TL especially since it's not even my car. The wires under seats does not seem properly fastened and mounted so maybe the previous drive took out the seats for aftermarket sound system wirings. Can someone please help on where I should start or if they've encountered anything similar?

memory issues

My '07 TL driverside mirror suddenly goes erratic once I start the car up, as well. This is after re-programming it last night. Everything else appears normal, though.

Maybe her remote fob isn't linked.

When she enters the car it should say "Driver 2 Detected" or "Welcome Driver 2".

If it doesn't that means her remote fob isn't linked.

For the mirrors and seat memory, if your wiper washer doesn't work and the green light in your rear view mirror is out, it's fuse #20. Replace it with a 10A fuse. There is a TSB for this to change the fuse from a 7.5A to 10A....

I'm assuming it's fuse 20 too, but he stated that he checked out all the fuses

Gotta ask, but are sure they both don't work when you are sitting in the seat? You know the passenger seat only has heat in the seat area, not the seat back?

If the high/low lights work, then the fuse and relay are good. The driver's seat
has a 2P and 3P connector under the seat near the front. A 2P on the passenger seat. Check those.

The window fluid still squirts so it's not fuse. I rechecked the fuses anyways and nothing is blown. I'm going to check the plugs see if they're connected and take the center console out to test the wires from the plug to the seats. I'll let you guys know how it goes, let me know if you guys have any other suggestions.

I can tell the car had an aftermarket alarm system so I'm sure there may be some wiring problem somewhere in the car. They uninstalled the alarm before it was sold to my girlfriend.

So I took out the entire center console, all the wiring looks fine... I'm going to unbolt the seats and check the wirings under it tomorrow. Does anyone know where the main module that controls the memory seats are?

Checked the plugs under both passenger and driver seats, everything is plugged in and the wires are not cut/tapped in any way. BUT, looks like the wiring under the passenger seats were tampered with because it is not mounted in the factory position with the plastic wire mounts.

Check continuity at each plug. If it's good, then about the only thing left is bad elements. I find that kind of odd as it would mean 3 separate elements went bad....

Here's the electrical diagram:

nfnsquared,

Thanks for the information. I will try doing some more testing/diagnostic in the near future. I have to find the time to work on the car and right now the garage's temp is getting a little on the cold side. I will keep you guys posted on what I find out when I do find anything out. I really appreciate you helping. Definitely check back and maybe we can work through this together.
