Shuddering problems

Hello, I recently purchased an 04 TL 5AT from Fountain Acura (Orlando, FL), with 106,549 miles. I have the records and carfax with all the service done to the car and everything checks out fine. No transmission issues reported other than coffee being spilled into the shift linkage causing it to make it difficult to move out of Park, which was fixed well before I bought it.

However, I often feel some shuddering, when driving normally, as its upshifting from 3rd to 4th gear (Auto mode). I pulled out one of the spark plugs and it is kinda burnt, but the dealer says its not due for plugs aswell as a tune up until 110k. I'm not sure if its the tranny bc when im hauling ass i dont feel it slipping at all.

So my question is, do I need plugs, a tune-up (timing belt), tranny, or is it something else?

This is THE most talked about subject on this board. Replace the 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches and the fluid. For the fluid you want a DexIII fluid or a Type F fluid or a mixture of the two. Shudder is the beginning of slip. The trans will quickly fail if you drive it like this.

where's the best place to purchase these gear pressure switches? I'm located in Kissimmee, Florida, so would Advance Auto Parts be my best bet or buying from the Acura dealership?
