Scraping sound brakes

I’m changing my rear rotor and I notice after I put new rotor on and spin the hub there is a scrapping sound. Sounds like metal to metal is this normal? I don’t see the rotor touching anywhere.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was rubbing on the brake shield, especially the lip on the back of the rotor.

It could be the parking brake shoes, remove the caliper and pads and spin the wheel.to see if the noise is gone.
