brake peddle solinoid
The click sound you hear may be the brake caliper housing moving against the suspension assembly. The calipers tend to get hot during braking, so there's quite a bit of "play" between its housing and the suspension. Once the brakes get warm, the clicking noise should cease.
Are you possibly talking about the electrical brake switch? There's a switch that is depressed whenever the brake pedal is in the resting position. The switch opens when you step on the brake pedal and activates the brake lights. Yes, mine makes a soft click whenever the brake pedal is depressed. I don't think this is a cause for concern though.
