ok so when im driving and i have my rpms high above 4000 or so when i press the clutch and hold it to slow down the rpms will go down then stay at a certain number then drop completely but its a different number everytime and its not only when im holding the clutch in if i take it out of gear and let off the clutch it does the same thing i dont know if this is unusual or not i would appreciate any ideas or if im just worrying to much

 

It's normal. There is software in the ECU that anticipates your next upshift and will hold engine speed where it needs to be for the next gear, relative to wheel speed. This is deliberate but seldom used by most people.
