RPM Problem

Just got replaced my old transmittion with a brand new one. I noticed when I put it on parked. When I rev the engine the rpm's when they go down, they look like the shake a little bit. Is that a problem?

I got it at an acura dealership. They changed the whole transmittion. My car was there for like a week. I think they changed motor mounts too.
