I just bough a used 2005 Acura TL it currently has 30000 miles how does the roadside assistance work does it still apply for me even though I bought the used?what number do you call?

here are a few things for you to do as a new owner-
register with acura care at 1-800-382-2238 x5 6am to 5 pm pacific
give them the VIN number of the car and ask to be registered as new owner- do a recall check for you, and confirm the acura tow assistance number, plus check any extended or special warranties on certain parts?

then register here with VIN- its your own account on acura about your car- and can store radio and nav security codes, check many things about your car

in case the car didnt come with an owner manual- click the model year them model for free download- or read online- tons of good info in the book- the TL has many special systems you may need to reprogram to your liking, mirrors- seats- garage door opener, or safety things to be aware of with the ABS and traction control

All the warranties on the car apply to the CAR, not you- doesnt matter if its been sold 10 times, as long as its not salvage title you are ready to go.
Take a read thru the main list of 3rd gen TL for hints on maitenance at this low miles- and things to watch for- ways to get max mileage

Get the power steering hose recall taken care of- call your local dealer
Go meet the service manager now- you will be in there a few times, better to know who is who before you need them.
