the front right door to the TL wont lock. it has to be done manually while all the other three locks work perfectly fine. has anyone had this problem and i am clueless on how to fix this.never had this happen

 

Sounds to me like a bad acuator, and it has to be replaced.

 

I have this same problem...It worked until my window regulator went out and had to be replaced. A few days after the repair, the power lock in the front passenger door stopped working. I have not had time to take it back to the dealership yet, but I'm guessing it's not just a coincidence...should be covered under my warranty either way
