I'm in the middle of clearing the headlights and installing switchbacks but i have no clue how to install the resistors, please help, i tried searching but cant find anything. thanks

the passenger side led doesn't blink, did i miss something or is it just a bad led?
the resistors arent installed yet.

 

Try removing the bulb and flip it around 180 degrees and reinstall

 

And if that doesn't work, what else can I do?
I live in NYC and the park is currently park so I can't work on it till maybe tomorrow or next week.

BTW the hipper blinking is incredibly annoying lol I need to put those resistors asap.
