Replacing upper control arm, should I do anything else as well?

To my surprise an annual inspection report at Brakes Plus said that my passenger upper control arm ball joint was very sloppy and needs to be replaced urgently. 2005 TL AT. I'll bring it to my local honda guy for the repair, but I figured while it was there should I replace any other suspension components? The struts seem a bit worn out but no leaking oil on them. I've replaced the compliance bushes and control arm links.

At this age, they're likely worn out as struts deteriorate very gradually so the wear is unnoticeable in most cases. Check rockauto for the best deals on new struts. I remember when I replaced mine, one of the first things I noticed was the car had the same stance it had when it was new.

Two motor mounts and UCA at $1000 reasonable?

My 05 TL has a bad upper control arm ball bearing as well as cracked front and right side engine mounts. I’ve decided to go with OEM for the parts which is about $450 total, and an independent mechanic is asking $560 for labor. Does this seem reasonable in a high cost of living area? (Denver). Is there a good way to get dealer labor hours for the 3G TL? Thanks.
