Replacing rear rotors and pads...Question

Is it necessary when changing rear pads and rotors to replace the Piston seal, boots, and pin boots? According to the Manual, it states to replace these items for a caliper Overhaul..I'm thinking it's for that exactly, an "Overhaul" but I'm not sure if the same goes for when replacing the rotors/pads. They appear to be in good shape, but thought I'd ask.

No. Definetly not necessary if the calipers are in good working order.

Repalcement of pads and rotors doesn't classify as a "Caliber Overhaul".
