Dude!!

You have to use an Allen Key to hold the bolt. It's either a 5mm or 8mm (don't recall) in the end of the bolt THEN turn the nut.

(That for the End-Link bolts, not the Bushing bolts).

So, I guess you got the new one in? You'll love the improved handling.

Don't know why. There are few nut/bolts like that. The ones on top of the struts for example.

I guess it prevents certain critical parts from unscrewing themselves.

Aw, man that sucks.

Don't know what to tell ya. Hopefully Acura or a local indie shop (seems like everywhere has an indie Honda/Acura specialist or two) will be able to take care of it for you.

Maybe someone will be along that can give you a better suggestion.

um.. if you kept turning it without holding down the hex nut, you may have stripped it... and now it wont tighten right??

might need new end-links now... i think they are like $30-40 each...

I was thinking the same thing. MSRP price is 62 and some change, you can get it probably as low as 40 something. If not acuraoemparts.com has it.

If I were you, I would talk to mr. heel toe, he has a group buy going for aftermarket endlinks, which seem like money...

For $160 a pair?

Rockauto.com has the MOOG replacements for about $20 each.

You can get the Big, Beefy adjustable ones for $160.

You can OE replacement Moog's for ~$40 or $50.

You can get Acura OEM parts for ~$80.

With your stripped bolt/nut, I can't offer suggestions on removal. On the unstripped ones, just hold the bolt with the Allen Wrench and undo the nuts.
