replaced plugs, do these look normal?

I just replaced the spark plugs myself just now at 89,600 miles, is it normal for them to look like this, e.g. the stuff on the ceramic part? I put a link to the image as it is a big file. Thanks!

They look quite good for that mileage. I just changed the plugs in my Wrangler at 90K and they were literally black and the electrodes were almost gone.
