Hi, I need to replace both of my rear control arms. According to AcuraPartsWarehouse, the part numbers are 52375-SEP-A02 and 52370-SEP-A02.
The problem is, when I search for these numbers, I only find used ones on eBay—no aftermarket replacements at all. RockAuto doesn’t show anything either.
Is there another part number for these? It’s hard to believe that no company has made aftermarket versions. I bought one from a 2003 Honda Accord (52375-SEA-E00), but it’s about 0.5 cm (~0.2 inches) longer.
I’d really appreciate any help because I can’t find anything to buy anywhere.
Mevotech # CMS60167 on Rock Auto looks the same as the part # 52375-SEP-A02 based on their pictures.
Although Acura lists two different parts for each side, it looks like the Mevotech part is universal and can fit either side. Might be worth contacting Rock Auto for clarification.
NB: I have Mevotech front swaybar links in my RDX.
when you scroll down it will say left and right side and upper/lower arms usually.
Mevotech Supreme is a decent alternative, so is Delphi from rock-auto.
If you are not lowered, I suggest buying the ones that are limited adjustment ( you don't want camber and other adjustments) to ensure that the alignment is as true as possible. Once you get the adjustable stuff on a stock suspension, you are in a world of fun (or the mechanic) to get a good alignment.

There does not appear to be any aftermarket equivalents.
You either have to pay the OEM price, if you can find them, or go used.
Search car-part.com for a local salvage yard, fitment for both 52375-SEP-A02 and 52370-SEP-A02 are the same on all models shown below:
Good Luck!
