Bought an 2018 AWD MDX with rear passenger side accident and the alignment is out a bit. After a trip to the alignment shop, they told me the rear right needs an adjustable upper control arm as factory control arm is not adjustable to account for the change due to accident. Also it would be easier / more cost effective to correct any alignment issues in the future if the control arm is adjustable.

The car leans to the right at highway speeds and I'm worried about uneven tire wear caused by this. Anyone know which aftermarket part would be most suitable for my needs? I tried googling for a part like this but unable to find it. Would love to hear your thoughts / recommendation.

I am looking for the right rear upper control arm - which is also adjustable. It would be an aftermarket part as Acura does not make adjustable rear right control arm.

 

Yes, I understood that from your original post, that is why I provided the graphic for you to confirm.
The probability is high they don't exist for the 14-20 Acura MDX / 16-21 Honda Pilot / 19-21 Honda Passport.
Find the OEM part number for the '...right rear upper control arm' and perform a thorough online search to prove otherwise / validate.

Yeah, I had no luck finding anything related to an adjustable control arm which is why I came here to ask the wise noblemen here. I guess they don't exist for this specific make and model.

I do see control arms with and without ball joints. Is the ball joint what makes it adjustable or no?
