Rattlesnake noise (not heat shields)

Hey guys, I have "rattlesnake/cricket chirping noises" around 1.5-2k rpms that are significantly louder when the engine is cold. Its even more noticeable when the sound bounces off other cars, walls, etc. The noise is not present under/over the rpms i indicated. I took it to a shop and they couldn't produce the sound, so they had me come in to take a mechanic for a drive. I was able to hear it but the mechanic said he couldn't hear anything.
Timing belt/waterpump was done just 2k miles ago (sound was prevalent even before) also replaced serpentine belt

Do you guys know what it could be??
You can hear it when i accelerate from a stop.

Its not a clunking noise. I've had a bad motor mount before. Idk if the link to the video is working. I tried to upload a video but it wouldn't accept the file.

I'll check those this weekend. Also, I've heard that a bad crank pulley can make a similar noise?
