radio problem

okay so i bought my 2nd acura tl recently because of someone hitting my old one so insurance just gave me money for a new one. the new ones radio wasnt working when i bought it but the guy told me that was brcause he unplugged it because the battery was being drained from it? i didnt really careif he was lying and it was just broken or what not because i have a radio i can throw in ffom my old acura anyway, so i take out the battery and switch it with my good one and when i put the battery from the new car into my old one the radio stopped working? just said CODE on the screen, then the new one with the good battery still didnt work but i didnt know why so i assumed it was because he said he unplugged it, so i take both cars all apart and switch the stereos out.. still doesnt work? i replace fuse #5 #7 and #32 because i read online those 3 could be the problem. turns out #5 wasnt even in the cqr which controls the cqr so i put a new one in from my old cqr that i know for a fact works, unless they broke in the week in between switching batteries? which i doubt, so now it gets power and shows code in the new one instead of nothing on the screen but im at a loss now i dont know what the ptoblem could be? any help would be much appreciated thank you

To enter the radio code, you have to press the number keys (fm/am radio present keys). Make sure the radio code is correct.

If your radio didn't come with the code, you might have success going to a dealer. You'll probably need to pop the head unit out again to get information off of it though.

Sorry.
